My heart just skipped a beat! Came across this post from a few months ago and am so moved! Design*Sponge runs a series called "Living In" which features a movie and related products including clothing, furniture, and accessories. They're all fabulous, but this one is tugging at my heart. It's my favorite movie of.all.time. and it's been 7 months since we lost Patrick :( Look how strong he is in the photo below.

  2. Dear Ashleigh,

You asked me about macarons... Well, I got excited about your sweet question and today I went to the very birthplace of those spongy little wonders, the Ladurée bakery and tea house on the Champs-Elysées here in Paris. I'll post about the Macaron Mania - in your honor sweetie - on Friday. As for the pastries, they are disks joined together with filling. I wish I could savor some with you... I'd go for strawberry and vanilla!

Have a sweet week and 'til Friday!

  6. I love this little style guide to this movie -- it was definitely one of my favorites growing up. When I was young, my mother had her car stolen and my Dirty Dancing Soundtrack was in there. I was ready to go after the thief just to get that back.

  7. You Are My Fave - To answer your question, everyone SHOULD!! It's a requirement of friendship in my book ;)

Brandi - Loosing a car & the greatest soundtrack of all time in the same day?! That is terrible!! You should go out and buy the digitally remastered 20th anniversary edition to make up for it :)
