Emerald was the color for awards season - first the gowns of the Golden Globes, now the gorgeous jewels of the Oscars. From light and ripe to straight up shamrock, the stars paired their gowns with unexpected grassy gems, creating a fresh, modern look that dazzled on the red carpet.

    yes! i was so intrigued by all the green accents, i wasn't expecting them! (although i didn't think amy needed a necklace at ALL with that particular dress).

    I agree Diane! I loved the necklace itself but felt it was unnecessary with the high neckline on the dress. I think earrings would have been a better choice but, to each her own :)

    I definitely pick the statement necklace! Its LOVELY. I'm so glad that emerald was the color of the season - I even picked it for my friday's fancies Oscars edition!

    I'd choose the Kendra Scott Chandelier earrings! They're gorgeous.

    I have to say I loved Amy Adams' necklace and dress but just not together.

    I agree about Amy not needing a necklace with that dress. I also wonder how amazing she would have looked if that dress was in emerald green instead!

    One of my favorite colors so I'm happy to see it all around!!
    Here at the photo, other than the adorable Reese, I'm afraid these lovely jewels just doesn't work!! Especially Amy Adams' picks which are all great but just doesn't seem to be connected even if you're trying really hard...
